This product line was developed to combine traditional Italian gastronomy with the freshness of herbs and vegetables. The aromatic notes were developed using impeccable raw materials and extremely gentle processing: most of the raw materials are not subjected to any heat treatment. Vegetables are marinated and only partly cooked, herbs and cheeses are used raw. The products are then stabilised using HPP (High Pressure Processing) technology, a non-thermal process that allows the best flavour to be obtained from vegetables and herbs while preserving their freshness and extending their shelf life. The consumption possibilities are emotionally linked to the world of pasta (we are in Italy), but the product adapts to different consumption possibilities, with bruschetta, friselle, box bread, taralli, wherever there is an opportunity for contrast between a solid base and a characterizing "spread".
