Macè, an Italian company dedicated to the production of IV Range fruit, was founded in 2000 and has always distinguished itself as an innovative and cutting-edge industry on a national and European level.

In 2010 Macè was the first company to bring high pressure technology (HPP), of which Hiperbaric is the global leader, to Italy. With this technology we stabilize various fresh products including fruit extracts (core business) and fresh sauces.
