Thin and light pods of delicately toasted legumes with a touch of Mediterranean flavor. Our recipes are very simple: over 75% of legumes, a type of vegetable (basil, onion, olive, thyme ...), a drizzle of olive oil to give crunchiness, salt and a touch of aroma of vegetable origin.
