The avocados are selected and left to ripen, to be then used in combination with fresh ingredients according to the classic recipe. HPP technology allows us to safeguard the raw material and its nutritional properties. Fresh and simple ingredients but rich in nutrients and flavor. Naturally free of any preservative.
How is it preserved?
