Why should juices be kept in the fridge? It is one of the questions we are asked most often.
The motivation is linked to the type of treatment to which we subject the juices. 
To ensure that the product stays fresh longer we use HPP (High-Pressure Processing). 
Therefore, by not heating the product, in addition to vitamins and minerals, some enzymes are also maintained, such as the one responsible for the darkening of the juice.
It is therefore necessary to keep our juices in a refrigerated environment to slow down the work of the enzymes and to prolong the storage time as much as possible.
