Last night marked a truly special moment for Macè.
For the first time, the doors of our company were opened to a national television audience, allowing millions of viewers to step inside our production facility thanks to the Rai 2 TV show Boss in Incognito.
It was an authentic and unfiltered story that deeply moved us. Not because of the machinery, not because of the numbers or the technology we use every day, but because of what truly defines Macè: its people.
Through the Boss in Incognito experience, Gabriele Sabattini, Macè’s Administrative Director, had the opportunity to experience daily operations firsthand, working side by side with the people who bring our products to life every day.
He cut fruit with Denise, prepared hummus with Naima, sorted orders with Andrea, and bottled juices with Elvis. Sabrina, meanwhile, was joined by an exceptional colleague: Elettra Lamborghini, who embraced the experience with enthusiasm, energy, and genuine involvement.
Five people. Five stories. One shared company spirit.
Macè is not just HPP technology, and it is not only carefully processed fresh fruit. Macè is the hands, the eyes, and the dedication of the more than 70 people who cross the gates of our Terre del Reno facility every day, contributing their skills and passion to everything we do.
A heartfelt thank you goes to our CEO, Paola Pivetti, who has always believed in the value of people even before products, and who has built a company culture based on respect, trust, and collaboration.
We also thank Rai 2 and Endemol Shine Italy for giving us the opportunity to share our story so authentically, and Elettra Lamborghini for taking part with such openness and positivity.
